The grizzly carved in this door stands 5' 6" tall, the door itself is 79 1/2 "
by 36" (6 feet 7 1/2 inches by 3 feet). It was created by taking a photo of
a painting then downloading the image into a computer. The image was then used
to map out the Toolpaths which guide our CNC router during the cutting process.
This process takes a lot of time as any artistic work can, but the end result is
a door that can't be found elsewhere.
Our doors are made of solid wood. We build them to fit customer needs using
only high quality woods. Almost any image or design can be can be carved into
the doors, from simple boarders to intricate scenery.
